Neil is a Pastor in the Great Plains Annual Conference where he has served in numerous leadership rolls, including President of the Conference Trustees and Chair of the Committee on Episcopacy. He lives in Northeast Nebraska, and is appointed as a Co-Pastor with his spouse Bridget. The Gately’s have two adult children, Wes who serves as a Student Local Pastor in Delaware and Erin who is a teacher in inner-city Menphis, TN.
