Cynthia D. Weems is Superintendent of the South East District of the Florida Conference and currently Dean of the Cabinet. She is a graduate of Millsaps College and Yale Divinity School and served in mission in Bolivia immediately following seminary. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and was a clergy delegate to the 2016 General and Jurisdictional Conferences.
